Pizza, Olive, Feta, and Tomato (D)

Yield: 4 small pizzas

1/2 cup slivered onion
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese, or more to taste
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1 cup seeded, chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp. drained capers
1/2 cup pepperoncini slices
Fresh sliced cucumber, garnish

Sprinkle on top of pizza.
