Pizza, Toasted Corn, Cilantro and Salsa (D)

Yield: 4 small pizzas

1 cup frozen corn, thawed and toasted lightly in a lightly oiled skillet
1 cup good-quality salsa
1/2 cup fresh minced cilantro
1 cup chopped scallions, white and green parts
2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
Ground cayenne pepper, to taste

Sprinkle on top of pizza.
