Have a fire burning. See Mushburgers (click here for recipe). Best to make potatoes before making mushburgers, as the potatoes take longer to cook.
Lay out a piece of tin foil per person.
Lightly grease inside of foil with vegetable oil, if desired.
Slice potatoes into slices or wedges or chucks or sticks. The thinner the slice, the faster the cooking time.
Salt and pepper to taste. Wrap tightly in foil, toss onto fire.
Check in about 10-15 minutes for doneness. Unwrap and enjoy with mushburgers!
