Chicken Soup, Dutch (M/P, KLP, TNT)
Source: My mother-in-law
Serves: about 16

about 4 liters meat, chicken, or vegetable bouillon
1 big bunch parsley
1/2 bunch celery
500g leek, in small pieces.
2-3 finely rasped [grated] potatoes,
Dutch Matzo Balls (click here for recipe).

Add parsley, celery and leek to soup. Let boil.

When tender, add potatoes.

When cooked, add matzo balls and let simmer for a while.
