Matzo Balls, Dutch (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 10

1 (450g) package matzo, broken by hand or in the blender
1 big onion, cut and fried lightly brown.
Pepper, salt, nutmeg
2 eggs

Mix the broken matzot with all the other ingredients by hand until you get a compact mass. Form matzo balls equivalent of a walnut.

Put in simmering water for 10-15 minutes, until done. Serve in Dutch Chicken Soup (click here for recipe).
