Tartar Sauce II (P, TNT)

Yield: About 3/4 cup

2 pickles (I use half-sours), finely chopped
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 tbsp. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients in food processor and serve chilled.  Use on Fish Cakes, No Carb (click here for recipe)
