2 pound ground turkey and chicken breast
Put ALL ingredients in food processor. (My mother and Grandmother didn't do this way) and mix all until well blended.
Make 18 Burgers, Fry on both sides, and eat with Mash potatoes, my way.

1 onion, cut to small pieces (medium size)
2 eggs
4 pieces white bread or challah, soaked in water and drained well
3 tablespoon Vegetarian Schmaltz, (click

1 tablespoon onion soup powder, or mushrooms
1 teaspoon granulated garlic, (not fresh one, I changed it.)
1/2 teaspoon cumin
salt and white pepper
oil for frying
Well, it is true. I am sure that all of you have been eaten Burgers with Mash Potatoes, But.... not like me and my father did. I use to copy him (I was sure that one day I'll marry him). He use to mash with a fork his Burgers and mix it with the Mash Potatoes. You should try it too. This is a real Bessraber way.
