Citrus Marinade (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield: 1 cup

1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Serrano chile, seeded and minced
2 tsp. lime zest, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper, coarsely ground

In a small bowl whisk together orange juice, lime juice, oil, garlic, chile, lime zest, and salt and pepper.
