8 matzos
Soak matzos in wine for 1 minute.
Melt chocolate in 1/4 cup of wine.
Butter 2 flat plates or cardboard covered in foil.
Soak 2 matzos and put each on a plate, spread with chocolate cream, repeat. When you have 4 tiers each, spread with chocolate melted in wine.
Chill until firm and cut into diamonds. Garnish with glazed cherries, nuts or whipped cream.
