8 9" lavash or tortillas
Soften the cream cheese, and spread on the lavash. Spread the avocado and place the cucumber, tomato, mushroom, and egg. Sprinkle with the chopped olives and alfalfa sprouts.
Roll each up tightly and wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.

If supervised, even kids could make it easily.

1 ripe avocado, mashed
Cucumber slices to taste
Tomato slices to taste
Mushroom slices to taste
6 to 8 hard-cooked eggs, sliced or chopped
Black olives, sliced or chopped
Alfalfa sprouts to taste
This is a terrific recipe, good for seudah sh'lishit or for a weekday lunch, and looks especially pretty with different kinds of lavash--spinach, whole wheat, and dried tomato, for example.
