1 block of tofu, cubed (that means cut in cubes--not 3 of them)
In a wok, heat oil.
Sauté garlic and tofu. Allow tofu to brown and mix sauce ingredients in a separate bowl. When tofu is browned, toss veggies in and allow to cook to desired amount (I like them to remain crisp).
Mix sauce into wok--adding water if necessary. Serve over rice or couscous.

Nutritional Info Per Serving: N/A
Oil of choice (Canola works fine, a touch of roasted sesame or peanut is also nice)
Chopped garlic to taste
Veggies of choice, chopped (Sunday I used green beans and water chestnuts, it's also great with broccoli and carrots and spinach - almost anything really)
4 tbsp. tamari, soy sauce, or Bragg Amino Acids (which is what I use)
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
You don't need to do it in a wok, you can just use a large skillet. I don't know how unnoticeable the tofu will be, but I think the other ingredients may be such a draw that the tofu may be somewhat overshadowed. I've always thought of this as a good "tofu-novice" dish. This is a staple in our house - matter of fact, it was Sunday night's dinner. It is soooooooooooo easy. But I don't really measure it anymore, sorry, I'll do my best to give amounts.
