1 package tofu
Slice tofu into 5 slices, splash on some soy sauce and rub it in on both sides of the slices. Sprinkle with garlic. Fry slices on a griddle or in skillet, on both sides, in a bit of oil, until golden brown and crispy.
Spread bread with mustard, place a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and a slice of tofu each on five slices of bread. Top with remaining five slices, cut into triangles and serve.
