Spaghetti Squash, Baked (D, KLP, TNT)
Source: From Weight Watchers many years ago
Serves: 2 as a main dish, 3-6 as a side

1 medium spaghetti squash, baked and shredded
1 small zucchini, shredded
1 cup tomato or spaghetti sauce
2 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Pile back into the spaghetti squash shells. Top with grated Parmesan.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
