3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Heat oil until very hot. Add carrots, onion, green pepper, celery, zucchini and seasoning. Stir. Lower heat, cover and cook for about 3 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and cook a little longer, until heated through. Serve.
