1 deep dish pie shell
Coat unbaked pie shell with egg and pierce all over with a fork. Bake according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cook and drain vegetables. Combine vegetables with remaining ingredients. Pour into baked pie shell and bake at 350°F for about 1 hour or until fluffy and golden brown.

1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Onion powder, garlic powder, pepper to taste
