Quiche, Spinach and Cheese Minis (D, TNT)

Yield: 24 tarts

1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
1 300g (10 oz.) box chopped frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
24 mini tart shells, thawed
1 egg, beaten with a fork
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt, pepper and onion/garlic powder to taste

Divide cheese and spinach among tart shells. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon 1 tbsp. into each shell. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
