4 medium onions
Pre-heat oven to 450°F.
Sauté the onions and mushrooms in the margarine until yummy and brown. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into pie shells, bake for 30 minutes or so.

1 tbsp. flour
Salt
Pepper
2 regular pie crusts
We have a series of Seudot Shlishit for women only sponsored by the Sisterhood and held at different people houses, pot luck, during the summer. I made this once three years ago, and now I'm not allowed to attend without bringing one :)
