Quiche, Onion Mushroom I (D, TNT)

Yield: 2 pies

2 pie crusts, frozen
3 chopped onions
1 8-ounce can mushrooms
1 lb. Muenster cheese, shredded
7 ounces milk
3 eggs

Preheat pie shells 10 minutes.

Sauté onions until tender. Mix eggs with milk. Add onions, cheese and mushrooms.

Divide into two pie shells. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
