Make Crust:
Bake in preheated 350°F hot oven for only 15 minutes; cool slightly before putting the filling in.
Make Filling:
Beat slightly the eggs, and mix until all is well blended. Spread and level the filling on top of the crust, continue to bake for another 30-40 minutes until center is dry.

2-1/2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1 tablespoon ground sharp cheese (optional)
1/2-3/4 cup light cream
4 cups broccoli (only the flowers), cut into small pieces
1/3 cup butter
1 cup Roquefort cheese, (make crumbs with a fork)
2 cups soft cream cheese, 5% fat
2 egg yolks
1 egg white
1/2 cup walnuts, broken
salt and fresh ground pepper
In food processor mix flour, butter, and cheese until resemble crumbs. Add slowly the cream, until you get a ball. Do not over mix. Line on 28cm (12") pie dish. Prick with a fork all over dough. Keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes to 1/2 an hour.
Sauté broccoli in butter for about 5-7 minutes. Add first the cheeses, and walnuts.
