Sweet Peas Chopped "Liver" I (P, TNT)
Source: My Shul's "candy man"
Serves: 4

1 can sweet peas, drained (save the liquid)
2 hard-cooked eggs
1 small onion
oil (to sauté onion)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Chop onion, sauté in oil until browned around the edges.

Toss into food processor with everything else. Add a little pea liquid if you need it for processing. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!

Poster's Notes:
The best veggie chopped "liver" is also the easiest! Our shul "candy man" makes this and my vegetarian son raves about it.
