2 small pears
Place all but pears and dough in processor and mix until smooth. Season to taste with a little salt.
Core pears and cut each one into 14 thin slices.
Roll out the dough and cut into rounds with a biscuit cutter.
Spread half the brie mixture over the pizza bases; top each with a slice of pear and cover with the remaining cheese mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F, or until the bases are golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
