Pizza II (D, TNT)

Serves: 4

1 package dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup boiling water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1-3/4 cups flour
16 oz. pizza sauce
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Sliced vegetables (peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)

In a small bowl, combine yeast and 1/4 cup warm water.

In a large bowl, combine boiling water, sugar, salt and oil. Allow to cool. Add yeast mixture, stir, and then add flour. Stir and knead. You might need to add 1 or more cups of flour until the dough pulls away from the bowl. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes.

Spray a 12" pizza pan with non-stick spray and spread the dough into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.

Remove from oven and spread with pizza sauce. Top with shredded cheese and vegetables of your choice. Return to oven and bake at 450°F for 20 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble.
