Mock Kishke I (D/P, TNT)

8 ounces crackers; Wheat Tams are good
1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
4 oz. butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon pepper
salt to taste
1 egg

Grind crackers and veggies (or use food processor). Mix all together.

Form into long cylinders on foil sheets.

Wrap completely in the foil. Put on baking pan (jellyroll size is good).

Bake about 40 minutes at 350°F.
