1 pound cottage cheese
Mix all ingredients well. Spread into greased 8"x8" pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

3 cups corn flakes
3 eggs
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1/4 cup oil
1/2 package onion soup mix
1 squirt ketchup
Don't let the combination of ingredients scare you away! This is a TNT family favorite. As it bakes, it becomes a lovely dark brown color. It is delicious hot or cold. I usually double it to serve 8 and have found that when doubling, you can leave out 1/4 of the oil and 1/4 of the ground nuts to save on fat without much change.
