2 cups shredded potatoes (about 2 medium)
Heat oven to 440°F. Lightly spray 2 large cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto prepared cookie sheets, press with bottom of measuring cup to form 12 patties.
Bake for 15 minutes; turn. Bake about 10 minutes more or until evenly browned and crisp.
