Potato Latkes III (P, TNT)
Source: "Shmulik Cohen's Jewish Kitchen" cookbook
Serves: 4-6

1 kilo potatoes, peeled and roughly grated
3 onions, roughly grated
3 eggs
1 cup self-raising flour
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste

Mix everything, take tablespoonfuls of the mixture and form flat patties.

Deep-fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with sour cream or sprinkled with powdered sugar (we prefer them as-is).
