Farmer Cheese Latkes (D, TNT)

Serves: 2 to 4

1/2 pound farmer cheese
3 eggs
4 tbsp. wheat germ
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together and cook on a non-stick or sprayed griddle. You could probably fry them, but I'm always trying to eliminate calories.

In the days I was able to get farmer cheese, I used to make these.
