Cauliflower Latkes III (P, TNT)

Serves: 4 to 6

1 head of cauliflower
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour of choice
Oil for frying

Cook cauliflower in water and salt. Drain and mash with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients, and stir to combine.

Deep fry in plenty of hot oil. Drain on paper towels. Serve at once.
