Egg Salad, Dill-Cucumber (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 4 to 6

4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 tablespoons dill, chopped
4 cucumbers sliced
1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 to 4 tablespoons water
1 scallion, sliced thinly, optional

Mix all the above ingredients. The salad should be slightly salty, so add salt, if you feel it is not salty enough.

Poster's Notes:
I don't know about everybody else, but we look forward to the sliced eggs with saltwater at the Seder every year. This year I tasted the most amazing salad that was reminiscent to this mixture that is appropriate for serving all of Pesach along side any array of appetizers, or with a dairy meal.
