Casserole, Zucchini Corn I (D, TNT)

Serves: 6-8

1 lb. parboiled, sliced zucchini
1 can drained corn
3/4 cup grated cheese
1-1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 eggs
Buttered crumbs for topping

Mix the first three ingredients together.

Blend the rest of the ingredients together until smooth.

Combine everything and bake in a 1-1/2 or 2-quart casserole. Top with buttered crumbs and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
