Bake in 350°F oven until marshmallows brown.

4 large sweet potatoes (yams)
1/2 stick margarine
1/3 cup (75g) margarine, softened or melted
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 bag marshmallows
Boil and mash with margarine until smooth. Put in the bottom of 9"x13" pan. As this is a perfect oven-table-fridge recipe, I like to bake it in a Pyrex dish.
Mix topping ingredients and place on top of the sweet potatoes/yams. To this, add one bag marshmallows.
This is recipe I make often and receive a lot of requests for. I got it from this list and I've actually adapted it a little from the original. Here is mine.
