1 medium cauliflower, in flowerets
In salted water, cook the cauliflower, carrots, and potatoes until half done; immerse in cold water to stop the cooking.
Chop cauliflower, carrots, and potatoes very coarsely in food processor using pulse. Put in bowl.
Chop onion; add to bowl.
Mix all ingredients and drop into a heated and oiled Pyrex dish. Smooth with spatula.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven, approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown
