2-3 sweet potatoes
Cut potatoes in chunks. Sauté veggies lightly in oil. Add the rice, beans, and water to cover.
Bake at 350°F at least 45 minutes. Add dates. Season with garlic, cinnamon, honey, tamari sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
