Casserole, Rakott Krumpli (Hungarian Layered Potatoes & Eggs) III (D, KLP, TNT)

4 to 5 potatoes
4 to 5 eggs
1 medium onion, sliced
Sour Cream

Boil the potatoes and the eggs.

Slice and arrange alternate layers of potatoes and eggs in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sauté the sliced onion in butter until golden (low fire so the butter won't burn or add a little oil). Place the browned onions on top of the potatoes and eggs and cover with "lots of sour cream."

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until browned.
