Casserole, Cottage Cheese and Brown Rice I (P, TNT)

Serves: 6

2-1/2 cups cooked brown rice
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Nonstick vegetable spray

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Pour into a casserole dish coated with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
