Casserole, Corn-Jalapeno (D)

Serves: 6 to 8

2 16-ounce cans corn, drained
1 8-ounce package chive and onion cream cheese, at room temperature
1 4-ounce can jalapenos, chopped (I use mild)

Combine all ingredients. Cook, covered, at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Poster's Notes:
Use more "heat," if desired. We love it "hot" but when serving to guests we use the "mild."
