Casserole, Broccoli Parmesan (D, TNT)
Source: My cousin
Serves: 8 to 10

2 10-ounce packages frozen broccoli
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Almonds (optional)
Salty crackers

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes and drain.

Mix all ingredients together in order given. Add broccoli and mix well. Add almonds, if desired (they add a nice crunch).

Mix together enough salty crackers and butter to moisten. Put on top of casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
