2 large packages of frozen broccoli
Steam the broccoli until done and mash very fine.
While steaming the broccoli, sauté the diced onions in olive oil and add to the mashed broccoli. Add the cheeses to the broccoli.
Make a simple roux (butter, and flour) and add milk until thickened. Season it with salt, white pepper, and nutmeg. Cool slightly and add the yogurt, and egg and blend well.
Pour this into the broccoli mix and blend all ingredients thoroughly.
Pour into a greased casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika and dot with butter. Bake for 1 hour or so (depending on the oven) at 350°F (or 180°C).
Poster's Notes:
Can be made a day ahead of frozen and served at a later date. I love this thing and the taste is wonderful. Especially with fish.
