Casserole, Broccoli Cauliflower (D, TNT)

Serves: 6

1 10-oz. package frozen broccoli
1 10-oz. package frozen cauliflower
1 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 2.8-oz. can French fried onions
2/3 cup evaporated milk

Fix vegetables according to directions. Drain and place in greased casserole.

Mix milk and mushroom soup together. Put cheese over vegetables. Sprinkle onion rings over cheese, reserving 1/4 can.

Pour milk mix over this and put reserved onion rings on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes. Extra mushrooms are optional.
