6 small zucchini
1 tablespoon olive oil
seasoned bread crumbs
Cut the zucchini into spears/wedges.
Dip the zucchini spears in the oil then into crumbs to cover lightly. Place on a lightly-greased cookie sheet, but don't crowd them.
Bake at 375°F for about 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
