4 to 5 garlic cloves, chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add
the tomatoes and toss. Pour into a baking dish. Roast uncovered for 40 minutes.
