Potatoes, Scalloped III (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 6 to 8 servings

10 potatoes, sliced
3 tbsp. margarine
1 package onion soup mix
2 cups non-dairy creamer

On medium heat, in small saucepan, heat up all ingredients, except potatoes, until bubbly.

In a pan, place sliced potatoes. Pour mixture on top of potatoes. Mix together to evenly coat.

Bake at 350°F for about one hour (check by poking potatoes to see if soft).

Poster's Notes:
I made this and it comes out great, but as I prefer saucier as opposed to just the right amount of sauce, next time I make it I think I'm going to make 1-1/2 to 2 times the amount of sauce but the same amount of potatoes.
