500g peeled and sliced potatoes
Mix the potato and onion slices and arrange them in a greased fire-proof baking dish.
Top with tomato cubes, oregano, salt and pepper, and then with olive oil. Bake for one hour in a pre-heated oven (190°C).

2 tomatoes, peeled and diced into cubes (strain off juice)
1/3 cup olive oil
Dried oregano
Salt and black pepper
