Poster's Notes:
The problem - I didn't want to change the recipe (at least for the first time) however I wanted to serve it on Friday. Last Friday we had D meal and I made this dish - RUN AND MAKE IT NOW!!!
First of all, all kids (and adults) present asked for seconds and thirds and so far its the most successful spinach dish I served. And, second - its really tasty.
I am sure it can be made with soy milk or something like it - to make it pareve.
