Potato, Mashed Casserole (M, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 15-20

1 5-pound bag of red potatoes
4 cans of chicken broth
3 garlic cloves, cut

Slice potatoes in half or quarters, put in chicken broth (to cover), add garlic and cook until potatoes are soft. Use the liquid when mashing.

Put mashed potatoes in oven-ready pan and bake until brown. Enjoy.

This recipe is very simple and received extremely well.
