Potatoes Au Gratin, Oniony (D)
Source: From the French's fried onions container
Serves: 6

2 pounds potatoes, cooked and sliced
10-3/4-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1-1/3 cups french-fried onions
1 cup cheddar, shredded

Place potatoes in 2-quart casserole. Mix soup, sour cream, milk, 2/3 cup onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour over potatoes.

Stir gently. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes.
