6 large onions, peeled, sliced in 1/4" slices, separated into rings
Dip onion rings in milk. Drain off milk and dip in flour. Put in a colander and shake off flour.
Fry in deep fat until crisp and brown. Remove onions from fat. Sprinkle with salt. Then serve.
