1 10-oz. package of frozen pearl onions
To blanche tomatoes, soak in boiling hot water for 5 minutes.
In a small saucepan, place the olive oil and the pearl onions. Sauté on low for about 10 minutes, until the onions are tender. Add the remaining ingredients and sauté an additional 3 minutes.
