Onions, Pearl w/Herbs and Dried Tomatoes (P, KLP)
Source: A package of pearl onions
Serves: 2 to 4

1 10-oz. package of frozen pearl onions
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tbsp. fresh sage, finely chopped
1/4 cup dried tomatoes, blanched, finely chopped

To blanche tomatoes, soak in boiling hot water for 5 minutes.

In a small saucepan, place the olive oil and the pearl onions. Sauté on low for about 10 minutes, until the onions are tender. Add the remaining ingredients and sauté an additional 3 minutes.
