1 tablespoon olive oil
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent. Add garlic and sauté a few seconds, until aromatic.
Add greens and sauté until wilted and reduced in volume by half. Add vinegar and deglaze pan. Add seasoning and stir.
Serve over noodles, topped with cheese.

4 cups shredded mixed greens (kale, chard, mustard greens, spinach, etc.)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Italian-style seasoning
I have discovered that I adore sautéed greens. This is my latest way to enjoy them. I invented this because I had nothing else to season them with, and it turned out marvelous!
