Green Beans Almondine I (P, TNT)

Serves: 6

1 lb. green beans
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Slivered almonds
2 tbsp. tamari sauce

Steam green beans.

Heat oil and add garlic; sauté until brown. Quickly toss in almonds and tamari sauce. Stir and brown a few minutes longer.

Mix with beans and serve.

Poster's Notes:
Here is a recipe that everyone seems to love and it's easy, too. I have also made it without almonds and it is still good.

If I do not have tamari sauce, soy sauce works ok, too.
